We have ambitious plans to grow our business and are looking for an Architectural Sales Support Coordinator who can deliver great customer service and sales support to our Architectural team and clients

About the Role

You will be the key support for the Architectural Sales Reps, handling the day-to-day coordination and admin that helps everything stay organised and on track so they can focus on what they do best, building relationships and driving growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound architectural inquiries and coordinate delivery of product samples.
• Support Sales Representatives with scheduling appointments, preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate sales lead and project follow-up activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with planning, coordinating, and running events.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous experience in sales admin support.
• A confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner.
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM systems.
